2. Data processed and purposes

Data provided through the contact form. Full name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message. These data are processed solely to reply to your request and to manage any subsequent commercial or pre-contractual contacts.

Browsing data. The systems hosting this website may collect, in the ordinary course of their operation, certain technical data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet protocols (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of the request). These data are used only to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website and for anonymous statistics.

Cookies. This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the website to function may be used, for which no consent is required.

3. Legal basis

• Replying to requests sent through the contact form: pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Security and proper functioning of the website: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Provision of data

Providing the data requested in the contact form is optional; however, failure to provide the mandatory fields makes it impossible to reply to your request.

5. Processing methods and retention

Data are processed with IT and electronic tools, with security measures adequate to prevent unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Data submitted through the contact form are kept for the time needed to handle the request and, if a business relationship begins, for its duration and the statutory periods thereafter. If no follow-up occurs, they are deleted within 24 months of the last contact.

6. Recipients

Data may be processed by parties providing services to the controller (for example the website hosting provider and the service delivering emails from the contact form), appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Data are not disseminated or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area: in that case, transfers take place in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

7. Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
