We assess the state of your systems, identify risks and priorities and define a sustainable plan with realistic timelines and costs. We support management in technology decisions and vendor selection and, when an outside lead is needed, we take on the technical direction of projects.
Back-office systems, portals, web and mobile applications designed around your processes and built to last: clear architecture, documented code, testing and controlled releases. The result is a company asset, not a dependency on a supplier.
We get management systems, e-commerce, CRM and production systems talking to each other, so data is entered once and available wherever it is needed. We design and run dependable infrastructure, with backups, monitoring and business continuity that are tested, not just promised.

The stages are always the same. What changes is their depth and duration, which we define together and put in writing before we start.
A first conversation, with no obligation, to understand goals, constraints and context. It is followed by an assessment of the systems in use and a written opinion, even when the conclusion is that no new investment is needed.
We define architecture, scope, phases, costs and risks in a shared document that remains the reference for the whole project. Everyone knows what will be delivered, when and on what terms.
Frequent, verifiable releases, with the people who will use the system involved from the earliest versions. Problems surface early, when fixing them costs little, and every phase closes with a formal review.
Go-live, training, support with agreed response times and ongoing evolution. Code, data and documentation remain your property, always.
